Here you will learn how to enable/disable notifications for ‘production entry’, ‘still on location after hours’ and completion of ‘Account Inductions’
Production Entry Notifications
To enable or disable ‘Production Entry‘ notifications, click on the Settings icon in the black bar at the top of the page
A drop down menu will appear. Click on Covid-19 Setup
Through this menu you can enable/disable ‘notify managers as users arrive onsite‘.
Toggle ‘on’ or ‘off ‘ – ‘notify production/location managers as users arrive onsite’ and then click on Save.
Production entry notifications will go to Manager(s). If there are no Manager(s) set up they will go to the Account Administrators
After Hours Notifications
To enable/disable After Hours notifications, go to the Production/Location that you want to enable/disable the notification for, then click on Edit
Go to the ‘enable after hours notifications for this production/location’ field, which you will find underneath the ‘Opening and Closing times’, and toggle this option ‘on‘ or ‘off’ and then click on Save.
After Hours notifications will go to Manager(s). If there are no Manager(s) set up they will go to the Account Administrators and any related Department/Contractor Administrators.
Account Induction Completion Notifications
To enable/disable notifications when a user completes an Account Induction go to the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the web portal, then select Configuration.
Toggle the Induction notifications option ‘on’ or ‘off’, which you will find underneath where you select the auto sign out times and click on Save.
Audit & Incident Notifications
The Inspection/Audit & Incident features have notifications which currently cannot be disabled.
Email notifications received whenever an incident or audit is logged for a Production/Location will firstly go to any associated Managers.
If no Managers are appointed, then all account admins will receive the email notifications.
If you do not want to receive these notifications as an admin then the best way to disable these for yourself is to appoint another Manager to your Productions so that they receive these emails instead.
Hazard/Risk Daily Acknowledgement Reminders/Noticiations
You can turn on and off at Account Level notifications to be sent to users signing into a Production/Location if they have NOT completed the daily hazard/risk acknowledgement. These notifications will be sent 5 minutes after they have signed into the Production/Location via push notification and email.
You can also enable notifications to be sent via email to the Production/Location Managers (account admins if no Production/Location Managers) 5 minutes after sign in advising a user has forgotten to complete the acknowledgement.
To turn these notifications on and off within the Set Connect Web Portal click on the Cog Wheel in the black bar on the right-hand side and then click on Configuration.
In the Account Configuration tab you will see the heading Notifications and under this heading is a tick box to Enable 5 Minute Risk Acknowledgement reminders. Tick this box to enable (untick to disable) reminders to be sent to the user. Once this is enabled you can then enable the Manager alerts (user notifications must be turned on first to enable the Manager alerts)
