Web Portal

Version 3.0.2 (Current)

New Features

  • The Specified Systems metadata has been updated to include additional systems.
  • To improve the privacy of user data the ability to view the list of users on site has been restricted to site managers and site account admins.
  • When editing a contractor there is now a new “Subcontractors” list where associated subcontractors can be added.
  • An “On Hold” status has been added to the drop down selector of Productions/Locations. Productions/Locations that are “On Hold” are excluded from site sign-ins and will not appear in any user site lists.
  • All users can now complete forms from templates when signed into Productions/Locations.
  • Improved how tasks are exported to improve performance. The user will be notified by email when the export is complete.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that in some cases prevented admin users from changing user permissions for employees.
  • Fixed a bug that in some cases removed Tags from a Production/Location when the Noticeboard or Settings were updated.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that prevented users from uploading files consistently to project/site audits.
  • Fixed an IOS bug that continuously displayed the loading message after the list page has been refreshed.

Features

  • Improved the user experience when searching for people via the kiosk app so that the search field resets and makes it easier to look for people when navigating between screens.
    Fixes
  • Fixed a bug that prevented some users from signing in to Projects or Sites via the Kiosk App.

New Features

  • Improved form exports – Added a new dedicated background queue processor for form exports. Users performing the exports will now receive an email when the export is completed.
  • Increased the allowed file upload size to 24mb.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that prevented some users from signing into sites by scanning a site QR code without the mobile app.
  • Removed autofilling from super admin user edit forms.
  • Fixed an error that prevented some users from logging into the web portal or mobile app.

New Features

  • Improved the way users log in, so they can now log in using their email address or username.
  • Users can now seamlessly update their own login credentials, including their usernames.
  • Improved the password reset processes for users. Password resets can now be done using an email address or username.

  • Fixed an issue that caused Safety Observations not to save all of its related tasks.
  • Free user registrations will no longer create duplicate user profiles with shared email addresses.

  • Improved the way users login, so they can now log in using their email address or username.

  • Implemented a new caching solution that will prevent duplicate GPS sign-in and sign-out records from being created.

New Features

  • The Safety Observation “Type” dropdown menu now includes “Security” as an option.
  • Improved file upload error messages. The maximum file size is now restricted to 16mb with only certain file types that are allowed (doc, pdf, docx, zip, jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, gif, xls, xlsx, eml, csv, txt, mp3 and m4a).
  • Account admins can now select a main contact for their account. The selected main contact will appear in email notifications to contractors and employees.

New Features

  • To ensure sign in and sign out records are clear and accurate when a worker without the SiteConnect mobile app scans a site QR code with their mobile device camera the sign in/out reports will now display the description “QR Code – Camera”.

Fixes

  • When building forms and using templates, if the “is form template” setting is enabled, all other auto-assign form settings are now disabled. Also, any “required” fields that are changed to non input fields are no longer set as ‘required”. Changing the form submission error reporting has been enhanced to show which fields are incomplete.
  • Added the “last updated at” date to the PDF export for site audits and fixed the list display dates in the main site audits list in the web portal.
  • When documents are deleted, then any expiry notifications that are triggered for deleted documents are no longer sent. Deleted documents are now excluded from notifications.
  • Refactored and improved the hazards importer.

New Features

  • When viewing an employee profile via the mobile app, an administrator can now see any information added to the “notes” field.
  • Added capability to the API for troubleshooting Geofencing issues.

Fixes

  • In some cases, messages were being sent to contractors on-site that had been removed from the SetConnect account.
  • Changes have been made to the way site inspections/audits are logged to ensure they are always added to the correct SetConnect account.
  • A bug has been fixed where site safety observations were not able to be exported to PDF format.

Updates

  • A major upgrade has been made to the mobile app components. This includes migrating the underlying architecture from Cordova to Capacitor. This update brings the mobile app up to the latest available technologies and includes major security updates for the app.
  • Overall, app performance has been improved by removing unused and redundant code and plugins.
  • All non-standard input fields in the app have been converted to standard Ionic input fields improving consistency throughout the app.

  • Fixed various bugs and styling issues throughout the app.

New Features

  • When Training/Competency and Company documents are nearing expiry, an email notification is now sent to Account Administrators.
    The email notifications are sent 28 & 7 days prior to the document expiring, on the day of expiry and 7 & 28 days after the expiry date if the document hasn’t been updated.
  • The Hazardous Substances register now has a selectable list of unit types. Unit types include:
    • Kg
    • L
    • fl.oz
    • gal

Fixes

  • To improve how people receive push notifications on their mobile devices, updates have been made so that a person using multiple devices will receive notifications to all their devices, not just the most recently used.
  • When people are assigned to forms, it’s important to maintain an accurate record of who has been assigned to a particular form. To ensure an accurate record is maintained forms that are in any of the following statuses will no longer be automatically unassigned from users when users are removed from the connected network: Submitted, Approved, Approved: Work in Progress, Work Completed, Rejected.
  • Hazards/Risk Registers CSV Exports error messages have been removed.
  • Removed redundant code from the emergency evacuation plan feature.
