Learn how to log in to the Set Connect Visitor Kiosk and sign other users in and out of a production
Signing into the App
Once you have downloaded the Set Connect Visitor Kiosk App from either Google Play for Android devices or The App Store for Apple devices, open the App on your device. Enter your username and password and click on SIGN IN
If you have forgotten your Password click on ‘tap to reset your password’ and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Selecting a Production/Location
You can select the Production/Location you want to sign into. In the left-hand column you will see the Productions/Locations that are available to you. You can either scroll down to find the Production/Location or search for the Production/Location in the search field.
In the right-hand column you will see the basic details for the selected Production/Location and you can click on View Production Induction which shows the hazards/risks associated with that Production/Location.
Once you have selected the Production/Location you want to sign into, click on Use selected Production.
This will take you through to a new page that will allow you to sign other users into the Production/Location. The name of the company the Production/Location belongs to and the address of the Production/Location you have selected will display.
If you click on Sign Out this takes you to a sign out page where you can sign other users out of the production/location.
Signing other users into site
You can now sign other users into the production/location. They can select to register or sign in as a visitor or if already registered then can simply sign in using their email address/username.
If you have signed in previously an auto-selector will locate your email address, which you can click on to populate your sign-in details.
You can click on Go Back to take you back to the Sign In & Out screen or Exit to take you back to the Production Selector screen (this is password protected and requires the person who signed into the App to enter their password).
Once you click on either the register or visitor tab (doesn’t apply to the sign in tab) you can select who you are visiting by clicking on the icon for that person (if a profile picture has been added the person’s picture will display). If you don’t want to select a person to visit you can click on next which will take you through to the sign in page.
A Push notification and email will be sent to the person you have selected to visit as long as they have their notifications enabled within the App. Click here for instructions on how to enable notifications
Registering and Visitor Sign In
If registering or signing in as a visitor, you will be required to complete a form. All items are compulsory to fill in except the reason for site visit, which is optional.
If you are a visitor there will be no ‘company name‘ field to fill in and if you have signed in previously an auto-selector will locate your email address, which you can click on to populate your sign-in details.
Sign In
If you have already registered you can simply sign in by entering your email address/username and password.
View & Acknowledge Production Induction
Everyone who signs into a production/location needs to acknowledge the hazards/risks on the production/location and read the induction on a daily basis.
The hazards/risks will be displayed below the induction. Scroll to the bottom and click in the box to confirm I read and accepted the production/location induction provided above. Then click on Acknowledge and Close.
A message will then come up You acknowledged the Production/Location induction. Click on Sign In
Sign out code
A message will then display back in the log in screen with your sign out code, which will also be sent by text message to you. Click on OK
Signing out of site
To sign out of site go to the Sign In & Sign Out screen and click on Sign Out.
You then have the option to either sign out using the code that was texted to you or if you have forgotten the code you can search for your record to sign out.
If signing out with the code click on ENTER CODE, enter the number and click on Sign Out.
To sign out using the SEARCH FIELD click on Search.
You can then enter either their full name or their username in the first box followed by either their mobile or email, then click on Search.
If both fields match the person will be displayed in the search result. You can then click on Sign out or Clear Results and start again.
Both fields (full name/username and mobile/email) need to be filled in for the search button to work
